BPM is a Saudi-based manufacturer specialising in polyethylene compounds and rotational moulding powders.
Our Story
Established in 2008 and located in Jeddah Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, BPM is a member of Batterjee Holding Companies. Its company profile reflects a commitment to supporting the plastics and rotational moulding industry.
What We Manufacture
We manufacture SAUDENE® polyethylene powder for rotational moulding applications. The range includes coloured powders for products such as water tanks, containers and bins; suitability for each application is subject to the approved technical information.

How it is made
From pellet to powder to port.
Six steps, one plant in Jeddah.
Mixing
Base LLDPE resin is blended with colour masterbatch. SABIC LLDPE R50035E, 100% virgin, no recycled material or fillers.
Extrusion
The extruder melts and mixes them into coloured, UV-stabilised pellets.
Grinding
The pellets are ground into fine powder for rotational moulding.
Testing
Every batch is tested, and the results go on its Certificate of Analysis.
Packing
SAUDENE LLD 3505 U in 25 kg bags (40 bags = 1 tonne).
Shipping
By container through Jeddah port, or by truck.
